3. Terms of Sale

Original Artwork & Handmade Items

Each piece is unique and may show variations in color, texture, and finish that are part of its handmade nature. The Buyer acknowledges and accepts these variations as inherent to the work.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer. Processing times vary but generally range from 1-3 business days for in-stock items. The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside their control. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of original art and handmade work, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of damage during shipping. In the event of damage, the Buyer must contact the Artist within 3 days of delivery, providing photographs and a detailed description.

Limitation of Liability

The Artist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any artwork or product.
